Susie qualified with a BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy from the University of Southampton in 2002. She has worked in London and Hertfordshire since 2002, specialising in neurology since 2004. Susie worked for seven years at The North Middlesex University hospital and was involved in establishing the Acute stroke Unit taking on the role as the clinical lead OT. She moved to work within the local Hertfordshire community teams managing a large number of teams across the county including community outpatients and long-term rehab services. She then moved into the Hertfordshire Neurological service. This has given Susie considerable knowledge and experience in rehabilitating clients with a range of complex conditions.

Susie has been the team lead and clinical lead for a number of services and always works closely with her therapy colleagues ensuring a holistic and client centred approach is always used. Susie is trained in LSVT Big. Susie is an active member of the Royal college of Occupational Therapists and a member of the Specialist sections in Neurology & Independent Practice.

Susie has lived in Hertfordshire since 2006. She has 1 son and 1 daughter & enjoys going to the gym, seeing live music, life drawing and walking her dog.
