Sam Graduated from the University of Hertfordshire in 2019 working as a rehab assistant for Neuro Physio Berkhamsted whilst studying.  She had a previous life working in the city before retraining having identified a passion for supporting those on a neurological pathway through personal experience.  Sam completed all her rotations within the NHS working in acute, sub-acute and rehabilitation settings for those patients with neurological conditions. 

Sam also works at a neurological rehabilitation centre working with patients with any and all neurological conditions including:

Stroke, MS, Parkinsons, Cerebella Ataxia, PSP, MSA

Sam also has a passion for supporting patients to develop confidence and autonomy through Pilates and has completed mat levels one and two Pilates and Neuro Pilates training with the APPI. She has set up seated and floor-based Neuro Pilates classes for people to enhance their core stability and balance for return to functional activities as able.

Sam has a background in team sport particularly hockey playing at regional and county levels and still plays for her local club when available fitting around family life.
