Louise graduated from the University of Hertfordshire in 2014 and developed a strong interest in neurology early in her career, going on to specialise in neurology from 2018. She has worked across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, and Essex within both the NHS and private sector.
Her experience includes senior roles at the Bedford MS Therapy Centre, the Jacobs Neurological Unit, where she worked with inpatients undergoing slow-stream neurological rehabilitation. Alongside working with NPB, Louise continues to work in NHS community outpatient neuro teams.
Louise has completed a wide range of postgraduate training courses, including the MS Masterclass with the Neurology Academy, Dizziness and Balance Workshop, Huntington's Disease Management with the Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability, Introduction to Bobath, and specialist courses at Queen Square in Spasticity Management and Neurological Gait Assessment and Management.
Having previously lived in Cyprus, Louise enjoys travelling and hopes to live abroad again in the future.
