Jo recently joined our team and works with us as a Rehab Assistant working both solely with patients and alongside our Physiotherapists in the form of double appointments.

Jo is a qualified Physiotherapist and having completing her BSc (hons) Physiotherapy at the University of East London in 2000 and then completing her junior r

otations at Chase Farm hospital, Enfield, she specialised in the area of Musculoskeletal Outpatients (MSK) gaining experience in a multitude of Orthopaedic and Rheumatological conditions. Her special interests while in the MSK setting were in Core Stability training, Pilates and Women’s Health.

Now after taking time away from work after having her two children, she is excited to return to the world of Rehabilitation and is enjoying a change of role and speciality with us in Neurology.

Outside of Physio work Jo enjoys learning holistic therapies, most recently EFT tapping ! She also loves walking her dog, and continues to enjoy both yoga and Pilates.
