Anitha qualified as a physiotherapist in 2002 from the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, India. She came to the UK in 2006 and has had the opportunity to work and gain experience from a variety of settings across the UK.

Anitha has been specialised in the field of neurological rehabilitation since 2009.She worked as a Deputy Head of Physiotherapy at the Chilterns MS Centre and also worked as a senior physiotherapist at the Royal Buckinghamshire Hospital, specialised in Spinal Cord Injury rehabilitation and other neurological conditions.

She has over 18 years of experience in managing long term conditions and complex disabilities.

Anitha has completed various specialist training courses including FES, spasticity management, Balance training, Ataxia management Bobath approach, posture and seating mgt, Modified Tai- Chi part 1&2, Spinal cord Injury Rehabilitation Programms, MS conferences and other Bobath themed workshops.

Anitha is also an Indigo EKSO Skeleton specialist and trainer.

Anitha is an active member of ACPIN and is committed to continue expanding her clinical skills and knowledge.

Anitha lives in Aylesbury with her husband and two daughters. She has an allotment and spends her free time at the allotment with her dog.
